Equity-Embedded Change Management™ Cohort Informational Webinar

Join this informational webinar to learn more about the second Equity-Embedded Change Management (EECM)™ Cohort led by Sheryl Petty, Ed.D., CEO & Founder of Movement Tapestries and supported by GEO.

During this webinar, participants will hear from Dr. Petty and Akilah Massey, GEO’s VP of Programs about the EECM™ Cohort goals, program structure and expectations of cohort participants. We can also address questions about the application, which is set to open in March 2025. Complete this form to be the first to know when applications open.

Now in its second year, the EECM™ Cohort is designed for seasoned deep equity practitioners advancing systems change within and beyond the GEO community. The program will run from May to November 2025 and includes in-person and virtual capacity building sessions, peer learning and individualized coaching. Participants will deepen their approaches and stamina to advance systems change in the multiple roles they may hold in the field.

This opportunity is for deep equity and systems change capacity builders within or outside of a grantmaking or other type of institution, who are looking to receive support in their personal, institutional, community and field/movement/ecosystem practice. Join us to learn more about the EECM™ Cohort and how this opportunity might support your efforts in the world.
