An organization’s capacity to navigate the unpredictable scaling process successfully depends largely on its people.  GEO’s Scaling What Works initiative held a webinar that explored the importance of supporting nonprofit talent development, the unique talent development needs of nonprofits seeking to grow their impact and how grantmakers can help.

This webinar followed the June release of the eighth paper in our Reframing the Conversation briefing paper series and featured Jill Vialet, founder and CEO of Playworks and Rafael López, associate director of talent and leadership development at the Annie E. Casey Foundation. Talent management consultant, Pratichi Shah, served as facilitator.
